Initially CFS was engaged to assist in a new system implementation, as well as a first time audit. CFS remained with the company for over two years and assumed the Interim CFO position.
CFS played the key role in obtaining alternate financing with an Asset Based Lender (ABL), and maintained and oversaw all reporting requirements to the ABL.
CFS worked directly with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate reporting. It also assisted on varied operational issues, such as warehouse costs efficiencies, freight and product development.
